Fingerlings
Table Potatoes

Cradle Isle has grown a wide variety of seed and table potatoes over the last few years. We still grow many conventional varieties but have recently added some heritage and speciality varieties as well. We have also begun to grow different varieties of fingerlings which look similar to your finger, hence the name fingerlings. These potatoes are generally 1 to 2 inches in diameter and 2 to 3 inches long. They are known for their moist, waxy or dry texture, rich flavor and vibrant colors.
